Every 3:00 for 5 Rounds
25 DU/50 SU
12 Ring Dips / 18 Box Dips
12 DBL KB/DB Deadlift
12 Alternating DBL KB/DB FR Reverse Luge

Choose a weight that allows you to get through this large amount of work in the short 3:00.
