On this short call we will ask you a few questions, give you more information on MontanaFit, and get you set up for a time to come in to see the gym and meet with a coach.

Build Your Foundation

Work 1-on-1 with an expert coach following your customized plan. Gain confidence and competence in all movements and your fitness abilities.


Step 3

Confidently Make Progress

After your initial 1-on-1 personal training, you'll be safely and confidently stepping into a coaching plan that suits your needs.
