For over a decade, we’ve been helping young athletes in Missoula perform at their best while reducing their risk of injury. Our program is designed to build strong, confident, and resilient athletes—on and off the field.
Our strength and conditioning program is tailored for middle and high school athletes of all levels. Every session is scalable to your teen’s ability, ensuring they’re challenged while learning proper technique in a safe environment. With constantly varied workouts, we help prevent burnout and overuse injuries common in year-round sports.
Whether your child is looking to gain an edge in competition or simply stay active and strong, we’re here to support their journey. Give them the tools to excel in sports—and in life!
We run our Young Athletes programs in 6 to 8 week blocks to line up with various sports seasons and the school schedule. These young athletes attend 2 sessions per week for the duration of the program. During the school year the session times are after school and during the summer they are generally in the early afternoon.

Starts week of Monday, March 3rd
Finishes either Wednesday, April 30th

Monday and Wednesday 4:30-5:30 pm
